Three Device Security 

If you’re new to Three, or an existing customer on a qualifying plan, you can get a one month’s free trial for Three Device Security. After the free trial has ended, the Add-on will automatically renew at just £1 per month. This Add-on can be cancelled at any time.:

• For existing customers on qualifying plans, please log in to your account and select Three Device Security from the Add-on section.

• The Three Device Security one-month free trial is also available on new qualifying plans purchased through Three directly, either online, in our retail stores, or through our contact centre.

• The Three Device Security free one-month trial discount is applied to your account automatically once you select it. You don’t need to do anything.

• Your one-month free trial for Three Device Security will start as soon as it’s been added to your account, so make sure you activate it once you’ve received your SMS or email notification. If you forget to activate it, we’ll send you a reminder within 2 days. 

• Once your free trial for Three Device Security is added to your account, you’ll be sent an activation notification (by both SMS and email).

• Click on the activation link in the SMS or email and you’ll be redirected to the Bitdefender web portal, where you’ll go through the registration process. 

• During the registration process, you’ll need to provide an email address that will be used as your username, and you’ll need to set up a password. 

• You can download the app via a QR code onto your selected device.​ 

• Once your download is complete and installed, Three Device Security will enable secure browsing. 

• You can only use your Three Device Security account on one device at a time. If you try to download the Bitdefender mobile security app to another device and attempt to log in, you will get an error screen. You can use the service on another device, provided you have logged out first from the previous device. 

• You will receive a notification (both SMS and email) to let you know that you’re nearing the end of your free period for Three Device Security (7 days prior to your trial ending). 

• Once the one-month free trial period ends, your bill will increase by the £1 a month subscription charge, unless you cancel it.

• If you want to cancel Three Device Security, you can do this easily by logging into your Three account online, by using the Three app, or by contacting us. Please note, if cancelled mid-month into your billing cycle, we cannot refund the charge for that month and you will be billed for the full billing cycle. 

• If you choose to cancel your subscription, you’ll receive:  

1.) A cancellation acknowledgement SMS and email to let you know we’ve received your request. You will still continue receiving the service until the end of your billing cycle.

2.) You will then receive a second cancellation confirmation through both SMS and email once your subscription for Three Device Security has come to an end.

• Both new and existing customers can only redeem a free period once for Three Device Security.
