Frequently asked questions

General questions

Our Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers can register for Three+.

We’ve started making Three+ available for Business customers too. As this is a phased rollout, you’ll get a notification when you’re able to access the App. We’re working on making Three+ available to our Home Broadband and Mobile Broadband, customers soon.

You must be over 18 to register.

Please note that you can’t use your My3 login details for Three+. You’ll need to register for a new Three+ account, by entering your phone number and then choosing a new unique password.

Rewards

You can get your rewards by using the Three+ app. Each reward will have its own set of term and conditions, so it’s worth checking those out before you make your choice.

Festival presale

We’ll be offering early access to different festivals throughout the year.

We’ll update Three+ when we’re authorised to release event information, and let you know when pre-order tickets are available.

Prize Draws

We will contact all winners via e-mail within 10 working days after the prize draw closed.

Account Details

You need to be a Three Pay Monthly or a Pay As You Go customer to register.

Please note that you can’t use your My3 login details for Three+. You’ll need to register for a new Three+ account by entering your phone number and choosing a unique password.

Please note that we’re currently making Three+ available to Business customers as part of a phased roll out. You’ll get a notification (sent by SMS) when you’re able to access the App.

Home Broadband and Mobile Broadband, customers can’t use the Three+ at the moment, but we hope to make it available to them soon.

If you still can’t access the app, contact our customer team and we’ll look into it.

Event Details

Sometimes Ticketmaster release tickets early, before the acts are announced. This early release then closes, and moves on to a pre-sale, which is available on Three+.

The pre-sale happens after the acts are announced but before the tickets go on general sale. Once they’re on general sale, there might be fewer or no tickets available.

Spin of Surprises 

As a Three+ Member. you can play each game once. We’ll be running 4 games, starting in October and running into early November, so please keep checking back for more opportunities to play Surprise Spin.
