Cancelling your contract early
If you decide to leave us within your minimum contract period, you may be charged an early cancellation fee. This will be equivalent to the monthly charges remaining during your minimum term of agreement. Find more info about this in our price guides.
5G Business Broadband customers will also need to return their hub when they leave.
