We have a range of additional services and support available for all our customers. You can register for any of them by contacting our customer wellness team.

And if you need it, we also have mental health and wellbeing support options available. 

Accessible formats

We’ve partnered with third parties, including the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), to provide your Three bills, contracts, and other communications in accessible formats.

We have a range of alternative formats, including:

  • Braille 
  • Large print 
  • Print on coloured paper 
  • And electronic formats such as audio

Free Directory Enquiries

Our free directory enquiries service is available for all customers. It lets you search UK residential and business listings over the phone – perfect if you’ve got limited dexterity or mobility.

To use this service, contact our customer wellness team. Once you’ve registered, call 195 to contact directory enquiries for free.

Important: if you call directory enquiries before registering, you’ll be charged for your call.

Fast device repair

We know how worrying it can be if your device breaks or stops working – especially if you rely on it for health reasons. So, we’ll make sure yours is fixed and returned to you as quickly as possible.

Relay UK

Relay UK is a free Text to Voice and Voice to Text service.  

You can access it using your Minicom or Uniphone or by using their app with your mobile or tablet. 

In case of emergency, you can contact the emergency services via Relay UK by dialling 18000.  

Register to support someone legally  

You can register to support someone with a legal document such as a Power of Attorney, Deputyship, or Guardianship. To register, send a copy of the legal document and proof of identification to:
